The Author

I’m a mathematical and probabilistic modeller with a fascination for using mathematics and statistics to decode biology. My work sits at the intersection of experimental design, large‑scale omics, clinical data interpretation, and the evolution of signalling pathways across time and space — a fancy way of saying I build ODEs and PDEs to understand how biological systems change. I’m particularly drawn to Bayesian approaches for their ability to quantify uncertainty and learn from data, but I try not to be dogmatic about any single tool. This blog is my space to explore, experiment, and document what I learn along the way — a record of the questions I’m asking, the models I’m building, and the occasional insight that emerges.
